Study in USA

The widest choice of universities anywhere

More international students study in the United States than anywhere else. The attraction is range: over four thousand institutions, flexible curricula that let you settle on a major after you arrive, and research funding at a scale few countries match.

Why USA

Choose your major later

Undergraduate programmes are built around a broad first year, so you can arrive undecided and specialise once you have seen the subject taught.

STEM gets longer to work

Optional Practical Training lets graduates work after their degree, and eligible STEM fields qualify for a substantial extension on top.

Assistantships exist

Teaching and research assistantships are a genuine route to funding a master's, particularly at public universities.

Courses and intakes

Bachelor's, master's and doctoral programmes across every discipline.

Fall is the main intake and has the widest course choice and the most funding. Spring is smaller but real. A few programmes take a Summer intake.

What you will need

  • Passport
  • Academic transcripts
  • Degree certificate
  • English test score
  • Statement of purpose
  • Letters of recommendation
  • Resume / CV
  • Financial statement

This is the same checklist we track for you inside our system, so nothing is remembered twice.

F-1 student visa

  • Your university issues an I-20 once you accept and prove your funding.
  • You pay the SEVIS fee and complete the DS-160 form before booking.
  • An in-person interview at the consulate is part of the process — preparing for it is most of the work.
  • Financial evidence must cover tuition and living costs for the first year.

Requirements and entitlements are set by each country's government and change from time to time. We confirm the current position for your intake before you apply.
